Jump! Increase Your Vertical

Jump! is a 12-week program dedicated to help you increase your vertical jump. Specific targeted workouts for jumping and conditioning the muscles to help you get higher with each jump. Whether you are trying to play above the rim, jump higher to get those rebounds, or just get more bounce while you are on the court this workout plan is for you.
Sessions: Monday - Wednesday - Friday 6-7PM
3 month commitment

Additional at-home exercises will be sent to all active session members
Get a free Jump Rope at your first session.

GROUP SESSIONS

Beginner and Intermediate  Level

Group sessions are perfect for players at all skill levels. We offer both beginner and intermediate sessions. In every class, our trainers will teach a complete mastery of ball handling, shooting form, and attacks. In addition, basketball IQ, spacing, and movement off the ball will be heavily emphasized.

Join 8 action-packed group sessions focused on basketball-specific strength and agility. Train alongside motivated athletes and push each other to new heights.
